Limits and fine print
- Companies and trusts pay a one-off $15 verification fee. Sole traders don’t.
- “Suite NNNNN” is a mailbox reference. No desk or room is included.
- Want to appear on Google? Use our service-area profile guide (your address stays hidden). Business Address doesn’t include a Maps listing.
- Need more scans or forwarding? Pro includes unlimited.

What happens when I use all 10 scans?
We'll ask before scanning anything extra. Each extra scan is $1.50 (up to 10 pages), added to your next invoice. Your 10 reset each billing period.
Can I upgrade to Pro later?
Yes, from your dashboard. You keep the same address and suite number.
Can I use it as my company's registered office?
Yes, once your ID checks pass. We give you a signed occupier's consent letter to keep with your company records.
